Joining the Worship Team at The Garden
We’re not just looking for talent. We’re looking for worshipers.
Being part of the worship team at The Garden is about more than vocals or musicianship. It’s about calling, character, and community. If you feel drawn to lead others into God’s presence, we want to hear from you.

What to include:
· Choose a song from our Worship Audition Playlist (View the playlist on YouTube or Apple Music)
· Record yourself performing either a verse and chorus or a chorus and bridge
· Make sure your face and instrument (if applicable) are clearly visible
· No filters or auto-tune, just clear audio focused on your voice or playing
Note: We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for worshipers who come prepared and passionate.
· Once we receive your video our worship team will prayerfully review it
· You’ll hear back within 2–3 days with either:
1. An invitation to the next step, or
2. Feedback and encouragement with a potential timeline to re-audition
If you move forward, we’ll schedule a short conversation to learn more about you—your story, your heart, and your mindset about team and worship.
If confirmed: We'll begin a team building process over the next 3-6 months that includes:
· Training on our team values and expectations
· Individual and Group Rehearsals
· Growing in spiritual and technical leadership
